When media arrives — via WhatsApp, cameras, or visiting teams — follow these steps to stay organized.

Save Incoming Media
- Save all incoming media into a temporary "holding" folder on the office computer(s).

Review & Filter
- Quickly review each file.
- Remove duplicates, blurry images, or unusable content.

Directory Structure
Create new folders on the hard drive using this exact format:
Media / Country / Year / Month / Date + letter
e.g., Media/SS/2022/03/20a
- ·Use a / b / c suffixes for multiple categories on the same day.
- ·No need to rename individual files — the folder is enough.

Example:
A batch with GIFT Boys photos and Baptism photos:
→ GIFT Boys → .../20a
→ Baptism → .../20b
This structure lets us manage growing archives and retrieve files efficiently — even years later.
